  1. reading your article took me bak to 40 years bak memory lane where i used to run in those streets plying around every thing and absorbing the same embince , yes honks of horns were less but some tanga.. was ..playing around .. , lari of kulfi , lari of pani patsa (gol gappa), kachori near ghantagher. area .. so many diffcult to list all in comment .. thanks

    1. I understand your feelings. Even though I go to Udaipur once or twice in a year, I feel as if I am back to those carefree days. Traffic has affected playing in the streets now, but people, food, warmth of relations, marriages are still same. Nothing has changed in the emotions. I will try to post “views pf Old city of Udaipur in morning”. You will definitely like it.
